Important Update to Binance Referral Commission
- Spot referral commission will be calculated on net fees starting from 2026-04-29
- Futures referral commission will be calculated on net fees starting from 2026-05-19
- Net fees refer to trading revenue after deducting market maker rebates

Fellow Binancians,
Binance will update how referral commissions are calculated for Spot and Futures according to the following timeline:
Spot: Starting from 2026-04-29Futures: Starting from 2026-05-19
From the respective effective dates above, referral commissions will be calculated based on net fees, defined as transactional income after deducting any applicable market maker rebates.
This update ensures that commission payouts more accurately reflect the actual net fees generated.
No action is required from you, the change will be implemented automatically and reflected in future commission payouts.
